Board President

Marco Antonio Aguilar

Originally from Belize, Marco is a multiple award-winning actor, director, choreographer, set designer & producer. Starting off as a performer and choreographer, Marco moved to the AV in the 1990’s and has worked both in the United States and Abroad on over 100 productions. He is also a voice over artist, professional fine artist and art instructor with art students and collectors all over the world.

Board Secretary

Colleen Metzger

Colleen Metzger is the Palmdale repertory theater secretary. She has been a dancer and singer since she was little. She has performed in several plays with both PRT and Cedar Street theater.  Her Most interesting role was Queen Victoria a dancing statue in PRTs Mary Poppins with a fast change of costume and make up to a chimney sweep.  Most recently she was part of the ensemble in Cedar street's production of White Christmas. When not doing theater, she is a Scoutmaster for Scouts BSA troop 1134, and an Orthopedic Technologist for Kaiser Permanente.

Board Vice President

Chris Bostwick

Experienced theatre professional with over 25 years in directing, performing, and stage management. Currently serving as Production Stage Manager at the Palmdale Playhouse and managing social media for Palmdale Repertory Theatre. Formerly a professional backstage manager for Antelope Valley College and the Lancaster Performing Arts Center.

Board Treasurer

Clare Durand

Clare has a 40 year history in theatre and film and has been active with PRT since 2014. In addition to serving as Board Treasurer, she has directed a number of productions, most recently The Pajama Game and Into The Woods. Clare can occasionally be caught acting and otherwise helps where needed. Some of her favorite roles have been Bottom in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Smitty in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Clare's professional background includes experience as a cartographer, assistant director, math teacher, and orienteering event manager. Clare is a member of the Director’s Guild of America and also serves as President of Orienteering USA, the National Governing Body for the sport of orienteering.

Natasha Coleman

Natasha has proudly been a board member since 2023, and she is an Antelope Valley native and has professionally performed for over 20 years. She is classically trained in operatic voice and has performed leading roles in several operas and musicals throughout the Los Angeles area, such as Cherubino in Le Nozze Di Figaro and The Witch in PRT's Into the Woods. Natasha is also trained as a costumer and theater makeup artist applying her skills in recent PRT productions. When Natasha is not performing, she works as a local award-winning realtor and loves camping with her two children and husband. 

​Melys Cook​

Melys Cook is a recent member to the board. He has only been with PRT for a little over 1 year, but he has worked on numerous shows as an actor, set designer, and backstage manager. His favorite titles to work on were Midsummer Night's Dream, Peter and the Starcatcher, and The Pajama Game. He is dedicated to bring beautiful shows to our community to inspire the love for art he's held since he was young. He maybe new to PRT he has been doing theatre since he was 6 years old, first performing in Finding Nemo Jr.

Nyejha Bowen

With a passion for storytelling and creativity, Nyejha is excited to join the board of Palmdale Repertory Theatre, where she can combine her love of the performing arts with her professional background in marketing and design. Active in local theatre productions and creative projects, she is dedicated to enhancing the theatre’s outreach and community engagement. Nyejha looks forward to contributing her expertise in strategy and collaboration to help the organization thrive. Outside the theatre, she enjoys supporting community initiatives and exploring new creative ventures
